Sip & Savor is a small restaurant in a Victorian era home in Northwest Plano, located away from the busy mega centers and commercial complexes in a quiet neighborhood. We are a great place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or date night or just to have a great home cooked meal.
We are a scratch kitchen using the best ingredients in the market:
Artisan cheeses and charcuterie from around the world,
House made breads, sauces, dressings, condiments, preserves and pickled goodies,
Cooked to order sides and vegetables, sourced from local and Pacific coast purveyors,
And premium sea and land proteins meticulously sourced to ensure the least human intervention.
Likewise our wine program focuses on Pacific Coast wines with a heavy lean towards Napa and Sonoma Valley. We source wines from responsibly operated wineries that include organics, sustainability and minimal intervention in their practices, delivering wines that are varietally correct and relative values in the marketplace. Most of our wineries are small production and family owned and operated.
We change our menu frequently and update our recipes to stay current with the season. As such, for private parties, the final menu and wine selections will be determined as close to the event date as possible.

We also specialize in providing private dining for groups up to 20 and reception style and wine tasting events for groups up to 20 per room or 40 per floor. We have food and beverage minimums based upon the day of week and time of day. Peak times and weekends have higher minimums.
You can build a menu from our current seasonal offerings or you can request other menu items. We do have ala carte menus for you to select from at your request.

Call us at 469 401 1913 or send an inquiry through our web page at sipsavor.com. remember we are small so book early. Thank you for inquiring about our private event offerings. We are committed to delivering positive memorable experiences for your special event. Read More

In August 2014 my dear friend Sarah O’Dwyer was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer.  Sarah tackled this diagnosis like she would any problem…head on. She researched various treatment options, met with multiple doctors at various top hospitals, and had a spreadsheet for clinical trials that even impressed her doctors.  On April 13, 2017 Sarah left us, and we miss her every day.   Sarah was an amazing person. A true friend to many, loyal and honest, and for those that knew her, just a little bit sassy. Ovarian cancer took Sarah, but not her legacy.

Sarah’s friends and family came together last weekend to raise funds in support of Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance (OCRFA) under Sarahs name.  Sip & Savor donated a three course dinner and accepted donations.  John and I are very happy to report that our guests blessed us with $1742 in donations and, added to our other fundraisers to honor Sarah, we raised over $29,000.

We are so thankful for our loyal guests.  Thank you.
